1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Purpose of the Website
The website provides information about:
- PathWebSolutions
- engineering, automation and software services
- case studies
- products
- the Workflow Assessment
- contact and project inquiry functionality
Website content is general information. Using the website, submitting a form or receiving an Automation Blueprint does not by itself create a client relationship.
3. Professional Services
Consulting, software development, automation, engineering and other professional services will normally be governed by a separate written agreement, such as a:
- proposal
- statement of work
- master services agreement
- contractor agreement
- similar written agreement
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding professional services, the signed agreement controls for those services.
4. Workflow Assessment and Automation Blueprints
The Workflow Assessment and Automation Blueprint are provided for preliminary informational and planning purposes. Results depend on the information you supply, and outputs are conceptual. They are not:
- a final engineering design
- a security audit
- a compliance certification
- legal, financial or accounting advice
- a guarantee of cost savings or return on investment
- a guarantee of implementation results
Manual-hour estimates are derived from the volume and handling time you provide. They do not mean that all manual work can or should be automated. A proper technical discovery may be necessary before implementation.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Examples, recommendations, case studies, diagrams and conceptual architectures on the website do not guarantee any specific performance, savings, revenue, automation percentage, implementation schedule or business outcome.
Commitments made in a separate signed agreement remain governed by that agreement and are not limited by this section.
6. Your Submissions
This section applies to information you submit through the Start a Project form, project inquiries, the Workflow Assessment and any other website form. When you submit information, you represent that:
- the information you submit is lawful
- you have the right to submit it
- submitting it does not knowingly violate another person’s rights
Please do not submit unnecessary:
- credentials or passwords
- regulated records, such as health or payment information
- confidential third-party datasets
- malicious files or code
You keep ownership of your business information. PathWebSolutions does not claim ownership of what you submit and may use it only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide requested website functionality
- generate your Automation Blueprint
- respond to your inquiry
- evaluate potential work
- provide services you request
- operate and protect the website
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website content, branding, design, text, graphics, diagrams, software and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to PathWebSolutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
